2. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders received before our daily cut-off time will generally be processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from our warehouse in Delhi.
- Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons, festivals, or public holidays.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with the courier partner details and tracking link.
3. Delivery Time & Zones
Delivery times vary by destination. As a guideline:
- Metro / Nearby states: ~2–4 working days
- Other major cities: ~3–7 working days
- All the orders are shipped and delivered in two to ten days, depending on the location.
These are estimates — actual delivery may depend on the courier partner, local logistics, weather, or other factors.
We ship to the whole of India, subject to the availability of courier service in your area.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and depend on product size/weight, destination zone, and chosen shipping option.
- In certain promotional periods or for orders above a specified value, we may offer free shipping (e.g., as an offer).
- Additional charges may apply for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders or special delivery instructions.
5. Tracking Your Order
- After dispatch, you can track your shipment via the tracking link sent to you.

6. Delivery Failures, Address Change & Retention
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, phone number and contact person are correct. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or the buyer being unavailable, additional shipping, return or RTO (Return-to-Origin) charges may apply and will be borne by you.
- If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will then arrange for a replacement to be delivered within 6–8 days of verification.
- We may arrange for the item to be collected at our cost where appropriate.
