Welcome to One Good Seed. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing or ordering from onegoodseed.in you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • “We”, “Us”, and “Our” mean One Good Seed (Mahadhyuta Solutions) and its authorised representatives.
  • “You”, “User”, and “Buyer” mean any person who registers on the Website or purchases Products from the Website.
  • “Website” means onegoodseed.in and all related subpages and services.
  • “Products” means items offered for sale on the Website (for example: cow manure packs, seed paper, bundles, and accessories).

2. Use of the Website; Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use this Website.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or ordering.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use the Website for illegal or abusive behaviour.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order on the Website is an offer to buy a Product under these Terms. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion (for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order. The contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch the Product.
  • You may request order cancellation before dispatch. Cancellation after dispatch is treated as a return (see Returns & Refunds).

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • All prices shown on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. If we find a price error after you place your order, we have the right to cancel it and issue a refund.
  • Payment methods: we accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, netbanking and other payment options listed at checkout. Prepaid payments are processed immediately; Cash-on-Delivery (COD) may be offered at our discretion and may attract an extra fee.
  • The risk in Products passes to you upon our dispatch/handling by the selected courier (or earlier if otherwise specified).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Shipping charges, delivery windows and available delivery services are shown at checkout or as part of a promotional offer. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.
  • For logistical reasons, delivery time to remote or unreachable locations may be longer.
  • If there is a delivery failure due to an incorrect address or the buyer being unavailable, additional shipping or RTO (return to origin) charges may apply. You are responsible for providing correct contact and shipping details.
  • For orders fulfilled through marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), the marketplace’s shipping & returns policy may apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

  • We want you to be satisfied. If your Product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate the claim and, where appropriate, offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • For change-of-mind returns, we accept returns only within the time window specified on the product page (typically 0–30 days), subject to product condition & hygiene considerations. Heavy/used agricultural products may have special return rules — check the product page.
  • Refunds are generally processed via the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are refundable only where we are at fault.

7. Product Warranty & Usage Disclaimer

  • Our Products are natural and made from agricultural materials. While we perform quality checks and lab testing, results such as plant growth and yield can vary due to soil, climate, plant type and usage. We do not guarantee specific yields or timelines.
  • All Products are sold “as is” and “as available” unless expressly warranted. Any claims for crop loss or indirect damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • Please follow the usage instructions printed on the pack and the “How to Use” videos accessible via the QR code on the pack.

8. Additional Notices (For Cow Manure)

  • Lab Report & Claims: We display lab-test summaries for transparency. Nutrient values may vary slightly per batch due to raw material and seasonal variation; refer to the label note on the pack.
  • Storage & Safety: Keep products in a cool, dry place; not for human or animal consumption. Do not apply to edible crops without following the recommended dilution/application instructions shown on the pack.
  • Batch & MFG Details: Manufactured by Mahadhyuta Solution with its brand One Good Seed, Net Weight & MFG date are printed on each pack. Retain the packaging for returns or complaints.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Good Seed and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue or business) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Products. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, product images, layouts, videos) is the property of One Good Seed or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print material for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

11. User Conduct & Submissions

  • You agree not to post or transmit unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing material. We may remove or edit any content that violates these Terms.
  • If you submit reviews, photos or feedback, you grant One Good Seed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content for promotional and marketing purposes (attributing where reasonable).

12. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store personal information. By using the Website, you consent to collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

  • We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform where such delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, transport disruption or government actions. In such cases, performance times will be extended accordingly.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold One Good Seed, its affiliates and employees harmless from any claim, loss or damage (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website or your violation of any applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

16. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the Website after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
